About this opportunity

International Eureka Clusters call from ITEA for collaborative R&D projects in software innovation with strong commercial potential. Consortia need at least two partners from two different countries, one of which must be an Eureka member country and the other an Eureka member or associated country; large companies, SMEs, research institutes, universities and user organisations can take part, and projects last up to three years. Funding is national: French SMEs and mid-caps (up to 2,000 employees) with a combined French budget under EUR 4 million can request an innovation aid or unsecured loan of EUR 50,000 to 3 million from their regional Bpifrance office; above EUR 4 million French participants can apply to i-Demo. Industrialisation and commercialisation costs are not eligible. Two-stage process: Project Outline due 2 November 2026, Full Project Proposal due 11 February 2027.

How to apply

Contact your Bpifrance innovation account manager first (copy international.innoproject@bpifrance.fr) and your partners' funding bodies. Submit the Project Outline to ITEA by 2 November 2026; if invited, submit the Full Project Proposal to ITEA and your national funding request on Bpifrance en Ligne by 11 February 2027.
