Businessplan-Wettbewerb Berlin-Brandenburg (BPW)

The Businessplan-Wettbewerb Berlin-Brandenburg (BPW) is a regional startup and business plan competition supporting founders and successors establishing businesses in Berlin and Brandenburg, Germany. The competition is divided into three consecutive phases, guiding participants through the step-by-step development of a complete business plan (from executive summary and team, to market analysis and marketing, through organization and financial planning). Each phase provides written feedback from two independent jurors, educational seminars and workshops, networking opportunities, and chances to win cash prizes and audience awards. Total prize money awarded per phase includes main prizes (€10,000 in Phase 1, €15,000 in Phase 2, and €20,000 in Phase 3) alongside separate audience awards. Eligible businesses must be planned or already founded in Berlin or Brandenburg (with incorporation no older than 12 months prior to the BPW cycle start). Pitch decks are strictly not accepted; submissions must be written business plans submitted in German or English.

Register for free on the BPW platform, complete the mandatory 5-minute 'BPW Call to Start' interview to qualify, and upload your continuous-text business plan sections before the 18:00 deadline for the respective phase.
