About this opportunity
Lanzadera is a high-performance startup training and acceleration program supported by Marina de Empresas and Juan Roig (Mercadona). Designed to help founders make better business decisions and reduce uncertainty, the program applies the Total Quality Model (Modelo de Calidad Total) framework. It offers tailored 6-to-12-month development tracks for both early-stage founders seeking validation and traction, as well as scaling founders aiming to streamline operations and professionalize processes. Participants receive a dedicated project director, practical training workshops covering finance, sales, metrics, team management, and growth, along with 1-on-1 mentorship from industry specialists. Entrepreneurs also gain access to startup and investment ecosystems and a large peer community in Spain. Founders must work full-time on their project and be able to travel to Valencia several days a week, with all content delivered in Spanish.
