About this opportunity

Regione Lombardia's measure for the technological development of innovative startups gives non-repayable grants covering up to 80% of eligible costs, capped at EUR 1 million per startup (EUR 1.5 million if the operational seat is in a designated assisted area). It targets high-tech, early-stage startups moving a product or service from prototype to industrial validation. The total budget is EUR 15,637,408.95, including a EUR 7 million reserve for energy projects. Applicants must be small enterprises (including micro) enrolled in the Startup Innovative section of the Italian Companies Register for no more than 36 months (up to 60 months if the technology is at TRL 6 or below), with an operational seat in Lombardy or a commitment to open one before the first payment request. Applications are submitted only through the Regione Lombardia Bandi e Servizi platform between 28 September and 25 November 2026 (15:00). Managed by Finlombarda.
