OceanHub Africa Acceleration Program Cohort 8

The OceanHub Africa Acceleration Programme is a 9-month accelerator supporting up to 10 revenue-generating Blue Economy startups across Africa that demonstrate a net-positive impact on ocean ecosystems. Built on seven years of experience supporting ocean ventures, the program offers bespoke 1:1 weekly coaching from Entrepreneurs in Residence, growth and fundraising strategy development, investor readiness support, and specialized technical assistance from an Engineer in Residence covering operations, IoT, software, and hardware design. Participants attend an intensive in-person bootcamp and ecosystem showcase, receive personal and leadership coaching in partnership with the University of Cape Town Graduate School of Business, and gain stage time at a major African Blue Economy conference. The accelerator charges no fees and takes no equity, and qualified participants may be considered for follow-on capital through OceanHub Africa's Blue Loop interest-free loan facility and Catalytic Bridge Facility.

Shortlisted applicants will be invited to submit a 5-minute pitch video and pitch directly to the selection committee.
