Startup Wise Guys Flagship Accelerator

Startup Wise Guys is one of Europe's most active B2B accelerators, headquartered in Tallinn, Estonia. Its Flagship Accelerator offers a convertible investment of up to €100,000, with a possible €250,000 follow-on, alongside an intensive programme of modules, mentoring and investor access. Note: the programme carries a €35,000 programme cost, which is netted from the investment.

The programme is hybrid — roughly 80% online and 20% in person in Tallinn and another European hub, with teams typically spending 2–3 weeks onsite (at least one founder must attend). Eligibility: B2B startups (B2B2C occasionally, no B2C) with a working MVP, at least two co-founders or team members, initial customer traction or revenue, and a full-time team. Focus areas include AI & automation, cybersecurity, sustainability, connectivity, human-machine interfaces and vertical tools.
